ROCKIN' TOTS (GROWN UP & ME)
A dance class for toddlers age 15 months+ and a grown up. This class introduces music, movement, and the fundamentals of various dance styles and acro/tumbling. Our instructors work with grown-ups and dancers to learn through dance and play. Sharing, taking turns and creative movement are a focus in every class.

SWEET PEA BALLET
A dance class that introduces the fundamentals of ballet. Our instructors keep the dancers focused while having fun. We make sure that their creativity and interaction are nurtured in our movement sessions while incorporating props, movement games/activities and individual & teamwork activities.

FANCY FEET
This dance class combines the fundamentals of tap, jazz and acro/tumbling for preschoolers. Our instructors keep the dancers focused while having fun. We make sure that their creativity and interaction are nurtured in our movement sessions with quick, fun introductions to fast paced dance styles!

Mini Mights
This class will give your young dancers an introduction to basic hip hop technique, as well as gross locomotor movements and acro-tumbling! Interactive songs, games and kid-friendly trending music will also be incorporated!

ACRO-TUMBLING
The act, practice, or art of performing acrobatic tumbles, usually on a mat or the ground. Moves include forward rolls, cartwheels, bridges, walk-overs, handstands, aerials, handsprings and more!

RISING STARS
A program offering dance classes for children with special needs and abilities including Autism Spectrum Disorders. Anyone, anywhere, any age can DANCE!

BOYZ ONLY/BREAKDANCING
Join us for strength building, learn coordination and balance, and gain rhythm, agility and dance/breakdance moves, all while making new friends! Designed specifically for boys with male instructors, too!

HIP HOP
Refers to street dance style primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping which were created in the 1970's and made popular by dance crews in the United States.

JAZZ
A dance form or a dance that is matched to the rhythms and techniques of jazz music, developed in the early part of the 20th century.

LYRICAL
A style of dance created from the fusion of ballet with jazz and contemporary dance techniques and is a "cousin" to those styles. Lyrical dancing is performed to music with lyrics to inspire movements to express strong emotions the choreographer feels from the lyrics in the chosen song. Because lyrical dancing focuses on the expression of strong emotion, the style concentrates more on individual approach and expressiveness than the precision of the dancer's movements.

TAP
A dance performed wearing shoes fitted with metal taps, characterized by rhythmical tapping of the toes and heels.

BALLET
A classical dance form demanding grace and precision and employing formalized steps and gestures set in intricate, flowing patterns to create expression through movement.

CHEER, TRICKS & FLIPS
Join our fun and upbeat class as we work on basic cheer technique, as well as jumps, acro-tumbling and partner work/basic stunts!

JUMPS, LEAPS & TURNS
A dance class that introduces various jumps, leaps and turning combinations in various styles such as lyrical and jazz. Some classes may have dancing moving at a faster pace while others are softer and slower.

POINTE
Pointe technique is the part of classical ballet technique that includes pointe work, in which a ballet dancer supports all body weight on the tips of fully extended feet within pointe shoes.
