We have never been part of a team that truly feels like family the way GMZ does. From day one, we were welcomed with open arms, and it didn’t take long to realize this was something special.

Watching the older girls take the younger dancers under their wing has been one of the most beautiful parts of this journey. The teenage girls aren’t just role models, they are mentors, encouragers, and big sisters. They lead with kindness, patience, and love, and it shows in the way the little ones look up to them.

This team has brought out a level of confidence in my daughter that I have never seen before. Everywhere you turn, someone is rooting for her, hyping her up, and reminding her of how capable and talented she is. She feels supported, valued, and celebrated. Not just for how she dances, but for who she is.

We are so incredibly grateful to be part of something that feels like more than just dance. It’s family.

A place where that stranger sitting on the bench next to you becomes your best friend, the one you know you can count on to make sure your dancer gets where she needs to be and is always there to help put that last eye lash on at 7am cause you forgot. Its a place where midnight phone calls about your check lists of what to pack for the next comp, become so routine you dont even think twice about picking up the phone. Where you dancer goes sometimes 5 days a week for 3 or more hours a day even though they might be tired or not feeling like dancing at that moment, but when they walk in the door to the "hello, how are you?" From those sitting at the front desk and those smiles of the other dancers running down the hallway yelling their name, all their unwant turns into something fun.”
